Palau Central Hotel

We shifted to the hotel from another one in the early morning before we went for sea activity. We saved our bags in the front desk. Hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us towels for sea activity. After came back to the hotel, we found our room was arranged at the third floor with rock island view, which was great and worthy of the money. The room was spacious and very clean. There was even an elevator for going up to the floors. Though the breakfast was somewhat simple, but it was enough to us. We loved the warm memories at the hotel.

This may be the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of traveling. The staff are great, so friendly, so kind & they WANT to take of everything you may need! I will stay here again on my next trip. I can say "I FULLY recommend this hotel"!

市中心的意外收穫，一樓有酒吧，推薦給喜歡熱鬧的人。不過會有噪音傳到房間，到半夜一兩點鐘。房間裝修比較有特色。

地理位置非常好，帕勞市中心。離餐館都很近，酒店對面不遠還有一個大超市，據説是帕勞最大的超市。 酒店雖不大、但是很乾凈，工作人員也很主動服務，退房時忘記了一件衣服，還特意給我送到下一個要入住的酒店

When I arrived in Palau my cell phone didn't work. I'm glad I downloaded Google Maps before I arrived in Palau so I could get around in my rental car. I stayed at Palau Central Hotel for my birthday week. Palau Central Hotel staff helped me book tours on the island. The hotel had tour advertisements in the lobby and I felt this was helpful. A Tropical Storm was near Palau and brought alot of rain and high winds. The staff let me know my tours were canceled because the tour POC contacted the hotel to inform them. Palau Central Hotel staff helped me find other things to do on the island. The morning of my birthday, I had a sign taped to my door saying "Happy Birthday Love Palau Central Hotel." I thought this was so cute. I went downstairs for Hotel breakfast. While eating breakfast, Palau Central Hotel staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. All the guest at breakfast joined in as well. It was really cute and I brew out the candle and made a wish. I loved the light switches on the headboard in my room. This was so convenient once I got in the bed to turn out the lights and go to sleep. Next time I'm in Palau, I will definitely stay at the Palau Central Hotel.

Charming hotel right in the heart of Koror. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Rooms 5 stars. Very clean and modern. Staff supper friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and attached restaurant offers a large variety of dishes. Included breakfast is plentiful and good.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Palau than the one I experienced at Palau Central. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located, staff extremely attentive, beds some of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in, and the views from their Rock Island view rooms are unparalleled. Having Canoe House right in the hotel was a tremendous asset as well, as it’s one of the most fun bars in Palau and whenever you’ve finished a night out or want delicious room service you have that at your disposal. Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. The pool and outside area with waterfall are a perfect place to relax after or between dive days…I simply cannot say enough about this wonderful accommodation in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. I can’t wait for my next visit! Mesulang!

This hotel is well located and offers a very satisfactory level of service. The highlight is it reception staff who areincredibly efficient and delightful – most of them are from the Philippines – they knew what I was doing before I did. Plus other staff were fantastic as well. My room was satisfactory for the cost – $US200 a night. The downside was a somewhat musty smell and a very loud hall air-conditioning unit placed just outside my door plus a TV remote that didn’t work unless you were literally right in front of the TV. But apart from that I was happy with the room. The included breakfast was good I thought. The hotel was able to organise a rental car for me which was helpful.
